1. Why doesn’t the truck/car appear after I hit ‘play’?

– As of 11/23/17, we are unsure of the reason and will try our best to fix this issue. For now, the best solution so far is to uninstall and re-install the game. Sorry about that!

2. Why does the game say I’m not connected to Google Play or Game Center?

– This could be from something outside of the app’s control. To resolve this, see question 3.

3. How do I enable Google Play or Game Center features?

– In order to enable Google Play or Game Center features, tap the respective icon in the Options menu. Close the game and re-open. You should be prompted for your account and access upon re-opening the game.
