Who can Participate?
Unless otherwise specified, all sweepstakes and contests are only applicable to persons over the age of 18, proof of age may need to be presented and verified at the time of winning or before participating in a contest or sweepstakes.
Additionally, Cinderlyst Games LLC reserves the right to deny any participants’ entry or prize within due reason. In these instances, a runner-up will be selected and claimed as the winner of the contest, sweepstakes, or promotion.
What are the rules of the actual sweepstakes or contest?

Postal Juggernaut Beat the Score Contest:
- Cinderlyst Games LLC and Postal Juggernaut will broadcast information specific to this contest through official media channels.
- To be considered a participant, the user must Follow @PostalJugg and tweet their Score through the Postal Juggernaut app via the SHARE button on the Game Over screen to @PostalJugg before the contest’s end date.
Screenshots from the Lifetime stat screen will not be counted as a valid entry, please see the example below for what we are looking for:
- To be deemed the winner of the contest, the user must be a valid participant and must be the first to beat the specified score (Score to Beat) and tweet/share the image of said score from the GameOver Screen within the Postal Juggernaut App.
The Score to Beat will be provided at the time of the contests declaration.
In the event the score is not beaten the contest will be suspended and re-announced at a later date.
The Contest will end once a winner is declared or the specified date and time has past. - Upon ending of the contest, Cinderlyst Games LLC will examine all participants and verify if a participant is eligible for the prize. When a winner has been decided, Cinderlyst Games LLC will declare the winner on official social media channels only after given consent by the winner. If no consent is given, we will only provide the winning score and declare that there was a winner.

- NO PURCHASE is necessary in order to participate.
Postal Juggernaut High Score Contest:
- Cinderlyst Games LLC and Postal Juggernaut will broadcast information specific to this contest through official media channels.
- To be considered a participant, the user must Follow @PostalJugg and tweet their Score through the Postal Juggernaut app via the SHARE button on the Game Over screen to @PostalJugg before the contest’s end date.
Screenshots from the Lifetime stat screen will not be counted as a valid entry, please see the example below for what we are looking for:
- To be deemed the winner of the contest, the user must be a valid participant and must have the highest score tweeted by the end of the contests date by tweeting/sharing the image of said score from the Game Over Screen within the Postal Juggernaut App.
Participants may tweet multiple times over the contests period, however to avoid your tweet being lost share the HIGHEST score you think you can get.
In the event of a tie the first user to have tweeted (dictated by time of tweet) will be declared the winner.
The winner is declared at the end of the contest period, whomever has the highest score tweeted is the winner. - Upon ending of the contest, Cinderlyst Games LLC will examine all participants and verify if a participant is eligible for the prize. When a winner has been decided, Cinderlyst Games LLC will declare the winner on official social media channels only after given consent by the winner. If no consent is given, we will only provide the winning score and declare that there was a winner.

- PLEASE READ: This contest will be open for one day after declaring a winner, during this time if your score (During the contest period) which beat the declared winners high score was lost or not received, you can email the tweet to, Social@cinderlystgames.com, make the subject “Postal Juggernaut – High Score Contest” and we will verify it.
How and when will I receive my prize?
Depending on the nature of the prize of sweepstakes, contest, or promotion, Cinderlyst Games LLC may ask for your legal mailing address in order to provide you with your prize. If you are unable to do so, Cinderlyst Games LLC will offer an alternative prize that is deemed to be of equal value. Cinderlyst Games LLC will be responsible for the costs in order for you to receive your prize, within in due reason. If at any time Cinderlyst Games LLC has decided that costs are unreasonable or that any form of abuse to the company has taken place, Cinderlyst Games LLC will enact its right to offer alternative compensation or deem the participant invalid.
Cinderlyst Games LLC is not responsible for how and when the prize is used or otherwise the end result of it.
We will not hold on to your mailing address or any personal information for no longer then what is needed to complete sending of the prize and thus the contest or sweepstakes.
